Create your organizer account and Cub Regatta HQ will provision a fresh race desk automatically.

Pick the race date, number of dens, advancement rule, bracket style, and trophy policy that fit your pack. Click Save Settings.

Rename each den so the public display, results, and trophies match the way your pack talks about the race.

Paste or type one scout per line under each den, or import a .csv from Scoutbook. Seeds are assigned automatically in the order you enter names.

Launch one den at a time, record winners from the Race Desk, and use rerun and lane-swap only when you need them.

Finish Pack Finals, then use Results and Trophies to share standings and hand out awards with confidence.
